John 15: 6 says, If you abide in Me and My words abide in you, you shall ask anything you desire, and it shall be done for you.The crucifixion of Jesus was the ultimate expression of God's love for us. But that did not stop Him from lavishing His love upon us. Rather He gave many more promises to us as above. And we can still witness His unfailing and fathomless love. It seems as if God knows that we can never ever reach to the understanding of the pain He suffered for us, He gave us many things in life and keeps giving what He desires to lavish upon us, what we want. Our wants never come to end. God has unending treasures to fulfill our small needs which seem very huge for us.What God desires, besides loving Him and keeping His commandment in loving all, is that He wants to see us happy. He enjoys and His heart gladdens the moment He sees us smile. :) It is therefore written, rejoice in the Lord always and again I say, rejoice (Paul to Thessalonianns). Even though we can not compare but can understand that God's love is greater, much greater than the earthly father. If an earthly father rejoices and forgets his sorrows on just seeing his child smile, how much more our Father in heaven. There is nothing else than this, that we can give Him. He wants to lavish His love for us, do you know why? John ch. 15 says, so that our joy may be full.God bless you.
The Spirit of the Lord GOD [is] upon me; because the LORD hath anointed me to preach good tidings unto the meek; he hath sent me to bind up the brokenhearted, to proclaim liberty to the captives, and the opening of the prison to [them that are] bound;
